By creating an account on Framework, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Framework is an equipment lifecycle management platform designed for medical and HVAC equipment suppliers. It provides tools for asset registration, maintenance scheduling, calibration logging, document generation, delivery tracking, and multi-branch operations management.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose; to attempt to access data belonging to other organizations; to upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code; to impersonate other users or organizations; or to resell or sublicense access to the platform without written authorization.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Framework — including asset records, client records, maintenance logs, calibration results, and generated documents. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. Upon account termination, you may request a full export of your data within 30 days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Framework is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
